How it works
The visual editor records a pixel rectangle, then the browser decodes the source and exports only that region with the chosen encoding settings.
Important limitations
- Cropping permanently removes pixels outside the selected rectangle from the output.
- Only one image is edited at a time.
- Animated inputs are not exported as animations.
